Cue Barry M in Plum On Baby from the Sunset Daylight Curing range the perfect winter season shade of purple and Matte Nail Paint in Crush which is a gorgeous wine colour.
I’ll start with the Sunset Daylight Curing polish
It has a gorgeous shine to it it almost looks like salon gel polish!
The application was smooth and easy and two costs did the trick. It dried in a decent amount of time too, I probably left ten/fifteen minutes in between coats for it to be fully dry.
I was impressed with its staying power as it lasted a good 4 days before chipping which is so good for a drugstore polish.
Overall I was pleased with this polish a great one from Barry M once again! At £4.99 a piece and it’s usually on offer at Boots here you can’t go wrong really!
Next up the Matte Nail Paint
The application is nice and easy and I hardly made any mess on my skin (and usually I do!)
It glides on shiny and within minutes its matte! It dries super quick too.
Pair with the matte topcoat curing the ends and you’re good to go. The topcoat also dries quick.
The bad thing however is it chipped at the edges in the first day, boo! It continued to get worse by the second day and by the third I had to take it off. A little disappointing but great for a weekend polish with a difference!
Buy it here for £3.99.
Love these colours they’re perfect for winter and you can really mix it up with different finishes!
