I have a confession to make, this post is very overdue as I ordered this huge haul about a month ago, oops! Bad blogger!
I ordered all this when makeup was on 3 for 2 and you got a free makeup bag with each order. So I obviously made a couple of orders as the offer was too tempting!
I purchased a lot of things from Makeup Revolution, MUA and Freedom. So this is what I got –
Lets start with MUA
First up these bloody gorgeous Luxe Velvet Lip Lacquers, how pretty are these? I could look at this packaging all day! I just love the frosted tube with the gold lid.
There are loads of colours to choose from in this range and a lot were out of stock so I got them as and when I got the handy email from Superdrug informing me of the restock.
From left to right I got the colours Harmorny, Unity, Kooky and Dash and I love them all! The last 2 are more autumn winter colours so I will wait to wear these but Harmony is such a timeless classic and Unity is a gorgeous pastel shade which is great for spring.
They glide on really nice with an easy to use applicator. To top it off they’re only £3 each! Dupe Alert if I ever did see one! I have a dupe post in mind so watch this space!
My next fave purchase is the Lip Transformer which has 2 sides to make your chosen lip shade either lighter or darker- how amazing is that?! I haven’t tried it yet but when I do a full blog post will be done! This is also only £3!
There is also the Pout Prime which I also look forward to using in the hope it can help my lip application go on flawlessly. Another £3 bargain.
This blush in the shade Lolly is a tiny £1 and is a coral nude hybrid. It is surprisingly pigmented and a lovely summer colour.
This new Illuminate Liquid Glow highlighting cream in Champagne is gorgeous and only£4! A fab bargain highlighting cream which has a gorgeous shimmer. It can be mixed with your foundation for a sheer glow or use as a highlight blended above your cheek bones.
This Luxe Strobe and Highlight kit has a powder gold highlight and a cream champagne colour for strobing. All in this fab packaging for £5.
Finally I also purchased MUA’s £1 pressed powder which I haven’t used yet but seems like a bargain!
Next up is the Makeup Revolution goodies
My fave has to be this Vivid Baked Blush in Bang Bang You’re Dead because look how pretty! It’s a gorgeous shimmery pink and I love how it looks in the pan as well as how it applies without being glittery. A bargain at £2.50!
These other two blushes are a bargain £1 and are colours Now! and Love. I was disappointed with these because the photo on the Superdrug website shows them as a round circle whereas they arrived like this in a rectangle, so I was a bit confused!
This Radiant Light highlighter in Breathe is just beautiful and it provides a gorgeous golden highlight with subtle shimmer and only £3!
Next is a staple product in my daily makeup and that’s the Ultra Sculpt and Contour Kit in Fair c01. This is perfect for those busy mornings when you need a quick makeup routine as everything you need is in one palette and they all blend so nicely and creates such a subtle contour blush and highlight! It’s also a bargain £3.50 for all three shades.
This last one is from Freedom and it’s the Pro Melt Liquid Lipstick in Kisses Waiting which is Freedom’s answer to a matte liquid lipstick. It is a very bright shade and perhaps not my go to but I will try my MUA lip transformer with this to see if I can get it darker! It is very matte and pulled quite a bit on my swatch but I haven’t tried it on my lips yet.
There is also of course the Superdrug #nofilter makeup bags! These are made of material that is quite padded which I feel will really protect makeup in your handbag! I love the pastel pink or blue option.
Phew that was a big haul! Click on the pink product names to be taken to the site to buy them!
