Festival season is well underway here in the UK with Glastonbury over and done with and loads more on their way, I thought it fitting to do a festival related post! So when I received this lovely package from Natural Collection I was rather chuffed!
Festivals for me involve bold and bright colours, easy makeup and flower headbands (obvs)! Enter Natural Collection with all the essentials at amazing purse friendly prices that fit in nicely with my ethos of Beauty on a Budget!
They sent me this lovely white box embossed with their logo which contained a Tinted Lip Balm, Cover Up Stick, Nail Colour and Waterguard Mascara.
The box came with a card containing handy tips for easy festival makeup using these products.
For that easy festival look they recommend using their Tinted Moisturiser, which you can check out in this post here from my last NC box, and using the Cover up stick to hide anything you might want to hide!
Next up is a definite festival essential and that’s waterproof mascara!! We all know how unreliable the English weather is and if a festival is on, there’s a high chance mother nature decides to make it rain (and someone will throw a bottle into the crowd, often filled with something that isn’t a drink!!). The last thing you need are black streaks falling down your face whilst you’re trying to dance to your fave band.
This waterguard mascara has a thin bristle brush to separate and really does stay put when it comes near any form of liquid!
For low maintenance lips the Tinted Lip Balms are perfect! They keep your lips moist whilst adding a pop of colour and don’t require the attention a lipstick would do!
To complete the bold look, add the Nail Colour in the shade Hibiscus for a bright festival look!
All of these items are £1.99 at Boots and such a bargain especially to pop in your backpack and take along with you! Even if they get lost in the tent they’re still such purse friendly prices that don’t skimp on quality.
It also wouldn’t be a signature festival look without sunnies and a flower headband, these are both from Primark!
What festivals are you going to this year? I’m off to Fusion this year at the beginning of September, but nowhere that involves staying in a tent this year!!
Thanks for reading!
