What is the one item of makeup you HAVE to wear, even if you don’t have anything else on?
For me it’s my brows, I think I look super weird without my brows at least lightly pencilled. This is very closely followed by mascara as I feel naked without my lashes coated.
When I was contacted by FalseEyelashes.co.uk to try some products, I was very excited to say yes as they have everything you could possibly need for eye makeup all in one place.

Initially I was asked whether I wanted to trial some false eye lashes, but as I am still yet to try again after my last disaster a few years ago I politely declined.
After looking on their website and discovering they are so much more than just false eye lashes, I asked whether I could give some other eye makeup products a go.
I received the Maybelline Colossal Go Extreme Mascara and the Eyelure Brow Pomade.*
FalseEyelashes.co.uk has a huge array of products and brands on their website for every eye makeup need you could possibly have. They stock eyelashes, eyelash glue, mascara, eye shadow palettes, every type of brow product and eyeshadow, brow and liner brushes.
They brands they sell include Violet Voss, Morphe, Eyelure, Maybelline, Rimmel Revlon, The Vintage Company, Ardell, L’Oréal, Bourjois, Fleur De Force, Kiss Lashes, Unicorn Lashes, Red Cherry Lashes to name a few!
Every order benefits from free first class delivery as standard which I love as the one thing I hate about online shopping is paying for delivery! First class also means your delivery will be there quickly so you know you’re good if you run out of your favourite mascara or you need falsies for a night out!
They really are a great one stop shop for every eye makeup product you could ever need and I received fab service from them when my products were sent. All product prices are on par with other websites selling the same products with the added bonus of free delivery.
So onto the reviews..
Maybelline Colossal Go Extreme Mascara
I love Maybelline mascaras I think they are my favourite drugstore brand in the mascara department so I was excited to give the Colossal Go Extreme Mascara a go!
It is a fairly new launch and is an addition to the Colossal family, this one having metallic fuschia pink lettering on the yellow tube.
The brush is a gorgeous thick soft bristled brush with a rounded middle section. It really grabs the lashes and adds so much volume.
It isn’t the best mascara at separating the lashes, but it doesn’t clump either and the end result is not bad in terms of clumping.
You can buy this for £6.95 from the FalseEyelashes website.
Eyelure Brow Pomade
I got this in the colour No. 30 Blonde which suits my brows perfectly. The pomade comes in a little pot with a lid and you pop the product onto your brow brush and work into the eyebrows to fill them in.
The product is soft and fills the brows in with ease. It’s easily blendable until it dries and then it won’t budge and I found it doesn’t pull the brow hairs about a the formula is soft.
I found it gives a natural look to the brows and with a light touch it isn’t too bold looking.
You can get this for £8.90 from the FalseEyelashes website. This is very affordable given more popular pomades come in around the £15 mark.
So if you want some falsies for a night out, a new mascara or that new eyeshadow palette, a mascara or the products for on fleek brows, FalseEyelashes.co.uk have you covered! Check out their website to see for yourself what they have to offer.
Have you tried anything from their site before? Or either of the products I reviewed? I’d love to know your thoughts in the comments!
